Head of Demand Generation

About the role Radar is the global leader in geolocation, with geofencing SDKs, maps APIs, and AI-enabled solutions for marketing, fraud, and operations teams. We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to build and own Radar’s pipeline engine from the ground up. You’ll define how we generate, capture, and convert demand across channels, turning data into predictable, scalable growth. Marketing at Radar isn’t a support function; it’s a core growth driver. You’ll own pipeline and revenue outcomes, and directly shape how we scale toward $100M ARR. You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and be based out of our Flatiron (NYC) HQ. We’re in‑office Monday–Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. What you’ll do Own Radar’s demand engine end‑to‑end, driving pipeline and revenue Build and scale an enterprise ABM motion with Sales, focused on high‑value accounts Launch, test, and iterate across paid, SEO/AEO, webinars, lifecycle, and outbound Turn outbound and events into scalable, repeatable growth channels Own measurement and attribution; tie every initiative back to pipeline and revenue Continuously improve funnel conversion from lead → opportunity → customer Partner with Sales and GTM Ops on targeting, account prioritization, and pipeline goals Drive land‑and‑expand by increasing engagement within existing enterprise accounts Own channel mix and budget; manage agencies and partners as needed Use AI to move faster, run more experiments, and improve performance Who you are 5–10+ years in demand generation or growth within B2B SaaS Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline in a sales‑led environment Deep across core channels: paid, SEO/AEO, content, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM Strong analytical operator; use data to drive decisions, attribution, and performance Experience owning budgets, managing agencies, and partnering closely with Sales and GTM in sales‑led motion, self‑serve or developer‑led plus Strong grasp of modern marketing tools, attribution, and performance measurement Who you’ll work with Brandon Penn, VP of Marketing Audrey Na, VP of Design Ciarán Ennis, Director of GTM Operations Connor Rapp, Senior Sales Development Manager Our Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams What we offer Competitive salary Meaningful stock options in a fast‑growing company 401(k) plan with 4% match New HQ in Flatiron, NYC Top‑notch equipment Catered lunches Unlimited PTO Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees 12 weeks of paid parental leave Commuter and fitness benefits We’ll share full details of our benefits package at the offer stage.
