
Marketing Campaign Manager

Overview Optomi, in partnership with a flagship financial institution, is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing Campaign Execution Team. This role requires a technically skilled leader who will oversee a team while remaining hands-on in coding, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. The right candidate will bring expertise in Adobe Campaign, SQL, and Python to drive the execution side of digital marketing. Only candidates currently residing in, or willing to relocate to, the Baltimore, MD or Irving, TX area will be considered due to a hybrid-in office requirement.

Experience and qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience as a Campaign Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role
Proven track record in campaign management and execution across email, direct mail, or multi-channel marketing
Hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign, SQL, and Python
Experience with Unica and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or MailChimp
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be confident and professional in stakeholder-facing interactions
Responsibilities Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 analysts supporting execution of email and direct marketing campaigns
Code and maintain campaign logic and workflows in Adobe Campaign using SQL and Python (approximately 70% hands-on)
Intake business requirements from strategy partners and develop executable segmentation and targeting solutions
Build and maintain email, direct mail, and call campaigns within campaign selection tools
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and content providers to ensure smooth campaign execution
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement within campaigns and related data processes
Analyze, audit, and review campaign setups and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain supporting criteria, selection, and audit documentation for all campaigns
