What You’ll Accomplish With Us
As a Customer Service Account Manager , you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Ensure an excellent customer experience and high levels of client satisfaction
Support client retention through proactive communication and relationship management
Identify opportunities to inform clients about additional services and anticipate future needs
Upsell additional products such as letters, coupon books, referrals, 700 Credit, and more
Convert pilot stores into full-service accounts
Organize documents, maintain accurate client communication, and ensure timely follow-up
Train clients on the application and serve as a subject matter expert
Assist with low-level technical support issues and troubleshoot product-related questions

We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for their strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Stands out for their communication abilities and attention to detail
Demonstrates strong problem-solving, research, and critical-thinking skills
Is recognized for their ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure
Has 2–4 years of experience in customer service and/or sales (automotive industry experience is a plus)
Has a HS Diploma or GED (required)
Brings experience with Salesforce (a plus)
Shows adaptability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
Has strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
This role requires an intermediate level of English proficiency, as it involves communicating with clients and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.
