Head of Field Marketing
iManage, Chicago, IL, United States
We offer a flexible working policy that supports a healthy balance between personal and professional well‑being. This role requires in‑office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate, connect, and learn from peers—while also maintaining the flexibility for meaningful work‑life balance.
Being a Head of Field Marketing (Americas) at iManage Means…
You will own and elevate field marketing across our Americas markets — North America and Latin America — while leading and developing a high‑performing regional team. You will be a strategic partner to our regional sales leadership and a cross‑functional connector across marketing, partners, and the business. You'll be accountable for building and executing programs that generate pipeline, accelerate revenue, and deepen customer relationships at scale.
As a regional leader, you will establish the field marketing operational foundation — strategic plans, scalable processes, playbooks and reporting — while building team capability and bringing a strategic mindset that shifts the conversation with sales from tactical execution to solving the right business problems.
Responsibilities
Building strong, trust‑based relationships with regional sales and partner leadership teams, positioning marketing as a strategic business partner focused on solving shared business challenges — not just delivering tactics
Leading, coaching, and developing a small team of field marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment to regional and global priorities
Setting clear goals and performance expectations for the team, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting career growth and development
Developing and leading comprehensive, geo‑specific demand generation strategies through ABM, integrated campaigns, multichannel initiatives, and both in‑person and virtual events
Aligning to the corporate campaign framework while adapting and activating programs locally to meet the unique needs of each market
Owning and managing the Americas field marketing budget, ensuring investments are prioritized against pipeline and revenue targets
Defining and tracking KPIs across all programs and regions, leveraging data‑driven reporting to drive informed decision making, surface opportunities, and continuously optimize performance
Partnering strategically with marketing operations, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing teams to optimize the customer journey globally — identifying pipeline gaps, accelerating deals, and improving funnel intake and conversion
Contributing to channel and partner co‑marketing strategies in collaboration with channel leadership, scaling joint programs across regions while continuously identifying new opportunities to extend reach and impact
Collaborating with the corporate marketing team to ensure regional teams have access to relevant content, PR initiatives, and customer advocacy assets that support sales engagement and thought leadership
Establishing and maintaining scalable global processes and playbooks that enable regional teams to execute consistently and efficiently, serving as the "voice of the field" to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Guiding regional teams in cultivating relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and directory vendors to increase brand visibility across all geographies
Working closely with our digital demand team to ensure alignment to the Americas region

Experience managing and influencing a marketing budget that delivers impact and ROI
Demonstrated ability to build scalable operational frameworks, including strategic marketing plans, processes and playbooks that drive consistency and efficiency across global teams
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to engage sales leadership at a business level — translating business challenges into marketing strategies rather than leading with tactics
Proven ability to build and leverage data‑driven reporting frameworks that inform decision making, track performance, and communicate marketing's contribution to the business
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and priorities across regions simultaneously
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and reporting platforms
