Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique, regional culture.Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Account Manager on our Commercial Lines team. As the Associate Account Manager, you are responsible for supporting our team in retaining clients. You are also responsible for providing support to Producers and/or Account Managers in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.**In this role, you will:*** Process lost policy release forms; transmit correspondence to insured and carriers* Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property forms to clients and clients representatives upon request* Process endorsement requests and secure pricing from carrier if needed* Manage account documentation; send documentation to insured and follow up to ensure it was received and submitted to the carrier* Maintain follow-up system with insurance carriers to ensure requests are processed timely* Furnish underwriters with additional information as requested* Perform other specific duties and projects as assigned by management* Daily management of the agency interface system (download) and ensure all transactions are matched so revenue is recorded accurately by month end**What you offer us:*** 1-2 years of insurance experience* Property/Casualty License or willingness to sit for exam within 1st year of hire date* High school diploma required, though college degree is preferred* Well organized with an aptitude for details* Strong written and oral communication skills* Strong work ethic* Understand and analyze insurance coverages, forms, and policies* Work normally scheduled hours and additional time as needed* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel* EPIC experience preferred**What we offer you:*** A rewarding job that helps local businesses in the community* Medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching program, Health Savings Account funding, and voluntary insurance options* Generous time-off policies (2 weeks of vacation + Personal/Sick/Floating Holidays)* A work/life balance because that’s important for all of us* Learn from the expertise of your coworkers* Growth- HUB is growing, and so can your career* Be part of a motivated team* Additional benefits are based on the qualifications of the applicants* The compensation range for this non-exempt position is a rate of $ 28.85 to $31.25 per hour**About HUB:**HUB International is the 5th largest global insurance and employee benefits broker, providing a broad array of property, casualty, risk management, life and health, employee benefits, investment and wealth management products and services.
