Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $90,000 - $180,000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview
The North America Wholesale Marketing Team is seeking a Brand Marketing Lead to drive the development and execution of omni‑channel marketing strategies across the Ralph Lauren family of brands in North America Wholesale channels.
This role leads marketing efforts across all Families of Business, including Women’s, Men’s, Kids, Accessories, and Licensed categories, with a primary focus on driving commercial growth, productivity, and brand elevation within the premium retail partner segment.
The Director will own partner‑level strategy and execution, translating enterprise and wholesale direction into actionable seasonal and annual plans. This role partners closely with Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Wholesale Digital, and key premium retail accounts to ensure marketing initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Candidates should be strong strategic thinkers with the ability to problem solve, navigate complexity and work cross‑functionally to identify sales‑driving and brand enhancing initiatives.
This position reports to the Head of Wholesale Marketing, North America.
Wholesale Marketing Strategy & Commercial Growth
Lead partner‑level wholesale marketing strategy across assigned premium retail accounts, translating enterprise and seasonal priorities into actionable channel plans.
Balance commercial growth objectives with brand elevation, ensuring marketing investments drive both near‑term sell‑through and long‑term brand positioning.
Identify customer, category, and account‑level growth opportunities to unlock incremental revenue and productivity.
Partner with Sales and Merchandising to align marketing priorities with business plans and key regional marketing moments.
Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
Oversee development and execution of integrated 360° wholesale marketing programs across digital, in‑store, media, and activation channels.
Translate seasonal strategies into compelling partner‑ready marketing activations that elevate brand presence within premium retail environments.
Develop strategic seasonal creative briefs aligned to product priorities and key brand moments.
Ensure all marketing programs meet brand standards while driving measurable business outcomes.
Premium Partner & Cross‑Functional Leadership
Serve as the primary marketing lead for assigned premium wholesale partners, ensuring cohesive execution and strong account relationships.
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Wholesale Digital, Merchandising, Global Marketing, Creative, Brand Image, Media, and PR to deliver aligned and elevated programs.
Guide internal teams to execute with agility and accountability, ensuring alignment to both commercial and brand priorities.
Support joint business planning conversations with partners through clear marketing strategy articulation and performance storytelling.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Own performance tracking across assigned accounts, ensuring marketing programs are measured against revenue impact, productivity, and brand objectives.
Partner with Analytics and account teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize investment allocation and identify future growth levers.
Develop polished recap materials that capture ROI, insights, and actionable learnings to inform future strategy.
Budget Stewardship & Operational Excellence
Manage marketing investment across assigned premium partners, including forecasting, allocation, pacing and optimization.
Ensure disciplined execution of budgets within approved frameworks and commercial guardrails.
Drive operational rigor across planning timelines, deliverables and partner coordination.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience in a multi‑channel marketing role, preferably within wholesale and/or premium retail environments.
Strong understanding of wholesale business models and digital commerce.
Proven ability to lead campaigns from strategy through execution and performance analysis.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing marketing investments and ROI.
Excellent analytical, project management and communication skills.
Ability to build strong cross‑functional and external partnerships.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe Suite.
