Graphic Design Intern

Please note: This will be a paid internship and you must be located in the Richmond, VA area. This will require a hybrid schedule (in-office 3 days per week). The Summer Internship will run from 6/1 - 8/7 or 8/14 (depending on intern school schedules). Summary The Graphic Designer Intern is responsible for supporting the creation and execution of visual content across KORE Wireless’ marketing channels. This role contributes to the development of social media assets, marketing collateral, and presentation materials, while ensuring alignment with brand standards. The intern will collaborate closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design work and support ongoing creative initiatives. Create engaging social media graphics, including event-related headshot posts Update and adapt marketing assets and collateral using existing templates Assist in the finalization and refinement of PowerPoint presentations Support the creation of short-form video content using design and AI-based tools (not required but considered an asset) Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or related field Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma is considered an asset Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude Eager to learn and develop new skills Portfolio Requirement: A minimum of 3 work samples demonstrating a breadth of different assets/graphics. Creative Thinking - Ability to generate innovative design concepts and translate ideas into visually compelling assets Attention to Detail - Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables Communication and Collaboration - Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback and work effectively with stakeholders Adaptability - Ability to learn new tools, trends, and design approaches in a fast-paced and evolving environment Organization - Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
