
Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a part‑time Marketing Coordinator to help elevate JT Bates Group’s brand story across touchpoints, including social media, client‑facing materials, and internal communications. In this role you’ll ensure our message is clear, engaging, and meaningful as you help us connect with the heavy equipment rental and insurance community.
Every day will look a little different. Some days you’ll be planning content and campaigns, and other days you’ll jump in to tackle timely requests or support the sales team. But no matter the task, your work will help keep our messaging sharp, human, and relatable.
You will see your work make a real impact on clients, partners, and the industry we support. You’ll join a collaborative team that values creativity, innovation, and a healthy dose of fun along the way.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Management
Collaborate to implement JT Bates’ social media strategy.
Jointly produce and schedule platform‑specific content.
Interact with our online community, including clients and industry partners.
Digital Marketing & CRM Support
Build and send marketing emails, surveys, and newsletters through Dynamics/CRM.
Maintain and organize all sales, marketing, and operations contacts.
Marketing Content & Reporting
Write blogs, marketing emails, and client‑focused content.
Assist with keeping the JT Bates Group website current and engaging.
Internal Marketing Support
Create internal communications that support company culture, updates, and initiatives.
Produce presentations, newsletters, and resources for cross‑departmental alignment.
Assist with internal events, trainings, or campaigns that strengthen employee engagement.
Maintain consistency of brand voice and visuals across all internal materials.
