Design Director

Our client, a leading integrated marketing communications agency in NYC, is seeking a Design Director to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity as it's a newly created role in the agency. Reporting into the ECD and working in partnership with the Creative Directors, you will be responsible for executing design direction, overseeing design excellence, and guiding the design team’s execution across a wide range of client and internal initiatives. You will be responsible for translating briefs into compelling visual systems and should have an understanding of visual storytelling across platforms: print, digital, branding, social, experiential, UI, packaging, presentations, merch, and more. Your portfolio should showcase a range of consumer clients across industries. Ideal candidates will have ~10+ years of experience in an agency environment and must be comfortable being highly strategic, but hands-on when needed as well. This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days per week in office in NYC. #J-18808-Ljbffr
