Role Description
This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships, driving lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The chosen candidate will collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and guide clients through their purchasing journey, maintaining a customer‑centric approach in achieving sales goals and supporting business growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Account Management and developing strong client relationships
Experience with Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Strong capability in Lead Generation and identifying potential business opportunities
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on‑site and remote responsibilities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with pipe, valves, and fittings, or related products, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred
