
Regional Marketing Lead

ESG is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Marketing Lead to support brand awareness, sales enablement, and client engagement initiatives across the Eastern United States. This role will partner closely with sales, business development, and corporate marketing to design and execute campaigns tailored to local market needs. The Regional Marketer will play a key role in ensuring national strategies are brought to life with regional relevance, helping drive pipeline growth and strengthen client relationships.
This position is fully remote, but requires being in the US Central or US Eastern time zones. It is strongly preferred to be located on the East Coast (ideally in VA, NY, or FL) to align with existing teams. Expected travel up to 25%.
Essential Functions
Client Engagement: Partner with account teams to develop and execute strategies that support our clients’ communications needs to reach their own community.
Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to create targeted collateral, presentations, and other materials that support prospecting and client engagement.
Event & Trade Show Support: Manage marketing messaging for local trade shows, conferences, and client events, ensuring brand consistency. (On-site trade show attendance is not a part of this role)
Offer Development: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop marketing materials for complex, regional offers.
Regional Storytelling: Adapt national content and messaging for regional audiences, ensuring relevance and impact on clients in their geographies.
Market Insights: Monitor regional trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategy and identify new opportunities.
Digital Engagement: Collaborate with corporate teams to extend digital campaigns (email, social media, paid media) into regional markets.
Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing activities, providing recommendations for improvement.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Five to seven (5–7) years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics tools is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
