The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first live point of contact for homeowners who book consultations through our marketing channels. Your responsibility is to qualify, educate, consult, and close. You will work closely with leadership and the design team while owning the full sales cycle from initial call through signed agreement.
What You Will Do
Handle all inbound calls and scheduled consultations from marketing-generated leads, guiding prospects through our two-step, value-add pre-qualification process.
Conduct discovery conversations with high net worth homeowners.
Qualify scope, budget, and timeline.
Present M. Hudson Design’s process, value, and services with confidence.
Close clients into paid design agreements.
Coordinate handoff to the design team once contracts are signed.
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up activity.
Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Who This Role Is For
Has landscape architecture or landscape contracting experience.
Is comfortable selling premium professional services.
Understands consultative sales rather than transactional selling.
Is confident speaking with affluent homeowners.
Takes full ownership of results and income.
Thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
Required
Proven closing experience in high end services, home services, design, construction, or related industries.
Strong phone presence and consultation skills.
Ability to build trust quickly and guide decisions.
Excellent communication, organization, and follow up.
High accountability and self discipline.
Preferred
Experience selling luxury home services, architecture, landscape, interior design, or construction.
CRM experience.
Comfort working with designers and project teams; Florida market familiarity.
Compensation And Earnings
Expected On Target Earnings: $120,000 to $180,000+
Typical Structure
Base Salary: $60,000 to $80,000.
Commission and performance bonuses uncapped.
Top performers exceed $180,000 annually.
