Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute plans to identify new business opportunities, including partnerships and other growth initiatives within the Lease Compression business.
Identify and evaluate market opportunities to drive long‑term revenue growth and expand market presence.
Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, aligning customer demand with available capacity and deployment strategy.
Identify opportunities to optimize utilization through strategic placement of compression assets across customer sites.
Build relationships with new and existing customers, including key decision‑makers and influencers.
Understand customer needs and develop solutions aligned with offerings, service capabilities, and operational constraints.
Identify and pursue opportunities through industry engagement, networking, and customer outreach.
Support the development and negotiation of commercial terms, including pricing, contract structure, and service agreements.
Manage customer accounts, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Partner with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure strong service delivery.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in CRM system to support pipeline visibility and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Continue to build industry knowledge and professional skills through training and development.
Travel ~25% of the time throughout Texas.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred; minimum high‑school diploma or GED with 10 years’ sales experience required.
Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales origination, business development, or other customer‑facing roles within industrial, energy, or related environments.
Strong experience negotiating commercial contracts, including pricing, terms, and service agreements.
Demonstrated knowledge of reciprocating engines and compression equipment.
Experience working with CRM systems, including SAP CRM preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into commercial solutions.
