Making Science is looking for a Growth Lead to own new business acquisition for Ad‑Machina, our AI platform that helps brands and agencies drive incremental performance across paid media at scale. This is a pure hunter role. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing well‑qualified new clients. Success in this role requires someone who thrives in the field, excels at conferences and industry events, leverages LinkedIn as a daily prospecting tool, and is relentlessly driven by revenue and customer success. If you are energized by building pipeline from scratch, opening doors where none existed, and closing meaningful SaaS and service‑driven deals, this role is for you. What we’d like you to do Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to close and transfer of ownership to our post‑sales delivery team Actively prospect through: Industry conferences, trade shows, and events (before, during, and after) LinkedIn social selling, outbound messaging, and relationship building Cold outreach via email, phone, and creative outbound strategies Build and manage a strong, self‑generated pipeline with minimal reliance on inbound leads Clearly articulate the value of Ad‑Machina as both a technology platform and a performance‑driving service Lead discovery, demos, and commercial conversations with senior marketing, ecommerce, and media decision‑makers Collaborate with marketing, product, and solutions teams to tailor proposals and close complex deals Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new‑business revenue targets Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene What we’d like you to bring ~10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within: SaaS Digital marketing services or hybrid SaaS + services models Proven track record as a new business hunter (not an account manager) Demonstrated success selling through outbound motion and in‑person events Strong conference presence — comfortable initiating conversations with senior executives and turning them into pipeline Expert‑level LinkedIn user for prospecting, networking, and deal progression Highly motivated with a competitive, performance‑driven mindset Ability to sell value, not features, and navigate longer, consultative sales cycles Comfortable working independently with high accountability Willingness to travel frequently for conferences and client meetings ✔️ Perks of joining us We offer a competitive salary according to your worth and experience.
