Backyard Products is an international leader in the residential backyard space, specializing in playsets, sheds, and outdoor structures. We are seeking an Associate Account Manager to support and grow our National Accounts within major big‑box retail partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long‑term career in sales at a growing company, gain exposure to senior retail buyers, and work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams. What You’ll Do As an Associate Account Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding existing retail partnerships while helping drive profitable growth. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for retailer partners and represent Backyard Products with professionalism and confidence. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer buyers and key decision‑makers Lead and participate in regular meetings to understand customer needs and identify incremental growth opportunities What We’re Looking For Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience Experience in Sales Operations or a sales support role Big‑box or club retail experience is a plus Skills & Attributes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel overnight as needed Work Schedule 1 day work from home; 4 days in‑office per week to collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and leadership teams Overnight travel required as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary with performance‑based bonus opportunities 401(k) Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Habits That Drive Success at Backyard Products Customers First Total Quality Management Manage the Numbers Speed, Execution, Simplicity People Make It Happen #LLC1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
