About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of eCommerce with a strong focus on performance marketing and DTC growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and owning eCommerce financial objectives, leading performance marketing initiatives, and driving key KPIs through customer acquisition and conversion-optimized site experiences. This role demands a metrics-focused, entrepreneurial leader with a creative and analytical approach, who can operate hands-on in a lean organization. The Head of eCommerce will also be tasked with evolving the eCommerce analytics and measurement stack, owning the attribution strategy, and defining the roadmap for international site expansion. Applicants must have at least 7 years' experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital retail, with a proven track record of end-to-end channel performance. The role requires a leader with a strong operational mindset, hands-on experience in growing sales, and a deep understanding of the U.S. eCommerce ecosystem. Experience in leveraging AI-driven tools for marketing performance and a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an MBA or comparable graduate degree, and a passion for digital commerce and brand-led storytelling. Responsibilities also include cross-functional collaboration, leading CRO efforts, and ensuring a consistent, premium customer experience across devices and geographies.
