Graphic Designer / Marketing Support Specialist

GST is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer/Marketing Support Specialist with experience working in a corporate environment. This role supports the development of high-quality visual assets while assisting with marketing initiatives, events, and company-wide communications. The ideal candidate brings a professional, friendly presence, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable representing the company at events.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print materials, including social media graphics, presentations, brochures, web assets, ads, flyers, invitations, and trade show materials
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to translate concepts into effective, on-brand visuals
• Develop, maintain, and apply brand standards and visual guidelines
• Edit and retouch images to ensure polished, professional output
• Support marketing initiatives by gathering and organizing promotional materials
• Assist with trade shows and company events, including setup and on-site support
• Attend company functions and capture professional event photography for internal communications and social media use
• Support company-wide announcements and marketing content distribution
• Perform additional marketing and cross-functional duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience working in a corporate or professional business environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile, high-quality design work
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
• Ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback

Bonus Skills: AI Skills, Motion graphics, video editing, illustration, photography, or UX/UI experience
