OVERVIEW
Movement Strategy is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of influencer marketing experience to join our Influencer team supporting various clients across entertainment, lifestyle and CPG sectors. This role reports to the Associate Director, Influencer Marketing and works closely with members cross‑functionally within Movement. The Senior Influencer Marketing Manager will independently lead influencer campaigns and collaborate with peers and cross‑functional leaders to ensure alignment across accounts and campaigns.
KEY FOCUS AREAS
- Drive influencer marketing strategy across multiple accounts, ensuring alignment with the broader brand and campaign objectives
- Participate in internal briefings, creative ideation and strategy development
- Lead drafting of influencer briefs, ensuring clear, strategic direction and creative inspiration for the influencer
- Oversee influencer identification and vetting process, ensuring strong brand alignment, target audience specifications and cultural fit.
- Lead influencer outreach and negotiations, maintaining thorough tracking of all scope and pricing negotiation details, while keeping in mind pay equity
- Serve as primary liaison for influencer partners and talent managers, fostering long‑term relationships
- Oversee campaign execution from end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are met during the creative review process
- Lead campaign wrap‑up influencer reporting and analysis, translating performance into actionable insights and strategic recommendations with support from the Associate Director
- Lead creative review process, providing strategic feedback to ensure high‑quality, on‑brief deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8 years of experience within the influencer marketing space. Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong network of influencers, managers, and talent agents. Experience negotiating contracts and deliverables is a plus.
- Experience managing influencer campaigns with multiple stakeholders on key social platforms including Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Knowledge in influencer reporting and analysis; experience using influencer reporting tools/technology is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and confident in both internal and external conversations.
- Polished and professional demeanor; projects enthusiasm, confidence, and collaboration toward clients and day‑to‑day work.
- Ability to work both self‑directed and proactively, as well as collaboratively in a team‑oriented atmosphere.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering quality results.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, digital culture and the evolving influencer landscape.

SALARY & COMPENSATION
In compliance with local and state law, this role is listed with a compensation range for employees based in New York City, Colorado, and California. The range represents only one component of Movement Strategy’s total compensation package. Individual compensation varies based on location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, qualifications, and certifications or other professional licenses. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards.
