Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Screen Producer to support the Lead Screen Producer in the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality screen imagery. This role focuses on maintaining consistency and accuracy of UI across product visuals while effectively managing production scope and timelines.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing and Communications, ensuring seamless tracking, execution, and delivery of all screen creative assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day screen creative and production processes including briefing, tracking, QA, course correction, and delivery
- Partner with the Lead Screen Producer to develop strong product-specific UI knowledge
- Collaborate with Screen Creative teams to manage and track all screen-related creative requests
- Coordinate with the Screen Content Program Manager on daily priorities and production needs
- Provide guidance on imagery requests, ensuring accuracy and proper approval workflows
- Work cross-functionally with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain organization and visibility across multiple concurrent projects
- Proactively identify process improvements and support new ways of working
Required Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of production experience in a creative agency or similar environment
- Strong experience in marketing content execution and experience design localization
- Proven ability to partner effectively with creative and production teams across multiple disciplines (advertising, video, print, interactive, retail)
- Experience managing production workflows across various media formats
- Solid project management experience in an agency or production setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide strategic direction
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Advanced degree or relevant certifications
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production environments
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on UI/UX accuracy
