Compensation: $140,000+ base salary + 10% bonus potential
We are partnering with a highly-reputable, privately-held company in Owings Mills, MD to hire a Senior Director of Payroll to lead and elevate their payroll function. The Opportunity
The Senior Director of Payroll will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement while leading a talented payroll team of 5 individuals. This role offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term growth potential.

What We’re Looking For in this Senior Director of Payroll:
- Proven Payroll leadership experience at the Director or Manager level (or equivalent)
- High-volume, multi-entity payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, controls, and best practices
- Experience working with third-party payroll providers
- Workday payroll experience preferred
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams and partner cross-functionally
- Hands-on, detail-oriented leader who values accuracy, collaboration, and culture
