Compensation : Non‑exempt position, $23.50/hr during probation, $26.00/hr thereafter.
Role Summary Business Development Associate position, fully onsite, five days a week. First point of contact to clients, brand ambassador, introducing business solutions.
Responsibilities
Gather leads, conduct cold calls, schedule appointments to develop new business.
Engage conversations with small‑to‑medium business owners about products and services.
Collect business information (name, address, marketing strategies, payment method, sales volume, pricing) and input into databases.
Gather credit card processing statements for pricing analysis.
Follow up with potential clients to further engage opportunities.
Manage business pipeline and develop payment strategy.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the US at hire (E‑Verify employer).
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or Vietnamese (read/write).
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field preferred.
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, detail‑oriented, analytical.
Well‑spoken, able to connect on phone.
Aptitude for learning and development of negotiation and sales skills.
