Position Overview We are partnering with a confidential organization in the Dallas area to hire Member Services Representatives for a customer‑facing support team. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely service‑oriented, dependable, and enjoys helping people navigate questions and information in a professional, structured environment.
What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for members via phone and other communication channels
Answer general questions related to benefits, plans, and how to access services (such as locating providers)
Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic support –
no claims processing or claims decisions involved
Document interactions accurately and follow established procedures
Escalate more complex questions to internal teams when appropriate
Maintain professionalism and attention to detail in every interaction
Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented onsite work environment
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service background (call center, customer support, account support, healthcare member services, or similar)
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence
High level of empathy, patience, and problem‑solving ability
Reliable work history with a preference for candidates seeking stability and long‑term growth
Comfortable working full‑time onsite in a fast‑paced office environment
High school diploma or equivalent required

Temp‑to‑hire with intent to convert
