
Junior Social Strategist, Creator & Social

Responsibilities
Communicate insights gleaned from social, conversational, and community trends, and help organize information into strategic and actionable insights.
Assist in driving social and community strategies, including conducting research for the development of social campaigns and day-to-day execution.
Help identify and evaluate new opportunities for our clients and internal team to evolve engagement, content and channel strategies across our portfolio.
Assist in creating and documenting best practices for community management, social content and creator identification, including workflows, tools, and responsibilities.
Help coordinate community engagement activations for large-tier social media and digital campaigns and events across markets.
Work collaboratively across teams (XM, Paid, Partnerships, PR, etc.) and functions to ensure that the brand’s communications/marketing objectives and strategies are met.
Assist in crafting influencer/creator archetypes that best fit the needs of a given campaign.
Help identify and vet influencer/creator’s to support campaigns that will drive results and help meet project objectives.
Assist creator & social account teams in day-to-day client management including presentations, email/chat correspondences, vendor/creator correspondences, and event staffing.
Provide creative support.
Provide reporting and measurement support, including crafting frameworks and dashboards against KPIs.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in social media marketing at a digital agency, integrated marketing agency or communications firm.
A passion for social media, from both a branding and cultural perspective.
Understanding of best practices across social channels including familiarity with social media management tools, including Instagram and TikTok.
A passion for communities and social media with a solid grasp of integrated communications and emerging trends.
Desire to develop and execute creative, engaging, and successful social media advocacy programs for clients.
Willingness to build client relations skills, and develop working and personal relationships with clients.
Experience running social media community management or working with influencers/creators for a large public brand is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new conditions, assignments, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with social listening tools such as Infegy is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven process.
Strong self‑motivated and self‑starting personality.
Benefits and Compensation $60,000–$80,000 annually, plus benefits including health care, retirement, vacation, paid time off, and additional offerings.
