Position Details
12–30 hours per week
Must have general availability, including some weekends
Competitive hourly rate + commission
Free IR Sauna Membership
Paid training
What You’ll Be Doing This role blends hospitality, wellness education, and membership guidance.
Greet every guest warmly — by name and with genuine enthusiasm
Create a calm, welcoming studio atmosphere
Educate guests about our services and help them choose the right wellness plan
Guide guests through studio tours and answer questions with confidence
Make follow‑up calls to new leads and trial guests
Recommend memberships that support guests’ wellness goals
Manage appointments and sales using our booking software
Maintain a clean, organized, spa‑like environment
Assist with room turnover and towel organization
Support administrative tasks and membership updates
Who Thrives in This Role We are looking for someone who:
Is passionate about health, wellness, and self‑care
Has a naturally positive, upbeat personality
Feels comfortable talking with people in person and on the phone
Is confident guiding conversations toward membership enrollment
Is motivated by goals but leads with care and authenticity
Works well independently and as part of a team
Takes ownership and pride in the studio environment
Is dependable, organized, and professional
Sales experience is helpful, but heart, energy, and willingness to learn matter more. We will train the right person.
