We're a hospitality and events company running pop-ups and live experiences across Chicagoland — and we're building the team that figures out what that looks like. That means using AI to generate, test, and publish content that stops the scroll. Not just documenting moments. Creating them. Analyzing what performs, iterating fast, and building a content strategy that actually moves the needle.
No formal experience required. This is your foot in the door. If you know your way around AI tools and you're ready to roll up your sleeves and figure it out as you go, we want to hear from you.
You’re Our Person If You
Know your way around AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or Canva AI — even if you're still learning
Live on Instagram and TikTok and genuinely get what makes something stop the scroll
Can use AI to generate content, write captions, and build out a post — start to finish
Get curious about why content performs and want to dig into the data
Are hungry to grow into strategy, not just execution
Responsibilities
Show up on-site at live events and pop-ups throughout Chicagoland to gather content
Use AI tools to generate, edit, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok
Write captions and brainstorm campaign ideas using ChatGPT or Claude
Track performance and use what you learn to make the next post betterHelp maintain a consistent look, feel, and voice across platforms
Support scheduling, community engagement, and whatever the next project brings
Qualifications
Some hands‑on experience with AI content tools (Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or similar) — show us what you've made
Active on Instagram and/or TikTok with a real sense of what performs
Comfortable reading basic analytics and adjusting from there
Able to work on-site at events on a flexible schedule throughout Chicagoland
Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus — but not required
Familiarity with scheduling or analytics platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) is a bonus
Compensation Hourly Rate: $20 per hour. The hourly rate for this position is fixed at $20 per hour.
