Vault is a leading provider of financial services dedicated to delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated Digital Relationship Banker with a strong background in customer service to join our dynamic team.

As a Digital Relationship Banker at Vault. Bank you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will provide personalized financial advice and solutions, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded. This role involves proactive client engagement, cross-selling financial products and services, and collaborating with specialized product partners to address client needs in areas such as Mortgage, Small Business, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services. You will also educate clients on digital banking solutions, resolve client issues promptly, and optimize customer support processes through Zendesk.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and nurture client relationships through personalized consultations and proactive engagement.

Cross-sell products and services to meet client financial objectives and refer to business product partners as needed.

Educate clients on digital banking solutions and promote their adoption.

Handle account servicing and maintenance, ensuring seamless client experiences.

Resolve client issues effectively and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Utilize Zendesk to streamline customer support processes and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Participate in community outreach and professional organizations to enhance personal development and support the company's values.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND KNOWLEDGE:

High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional education in finance or related fields preferred.

3+ years of experience in customer service or related roles, preferably within the financial services industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build professional networks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally as required.

ESSENTIAL MENTAL & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to work onsite five days a week.

Capacity to operate related equipment necessary for job functions.

Ability to manage stress, meet deadlines, and lift/move/carry up to 10 pounds if required.
