Job Overview
Responsible for assisting the Marketing team with all aspects of planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies, promotions, and creative initiatives for the organization. Reports to the Marketing Director and Promotions Manager. This role requires a blend of creative content creation, presentation skills, and an understanding of digital marketing channels. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of promotions and special events, including hosting/presenting, event staffing, vendor coordination, signage placement, and logistical support. Help develop new and engaging promotional concepts to enhance guest participation and experience. Act as an entertainer (presenter) as needed. Complete required paperwork and reporting related to promotions, including winner documentation, releases, and IRS 1099 forms. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper distribution of internal promotional documents and marketing collateral throughout the property. Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and web channels. Create, edit, and proofread engaging content for marketing materials and social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Manage email marketing campaigns and content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of marketing assets. Support in‑house Marketing and Creative Services teams by coordinating job initiation, trafficking, approvals, and production timelines. Communicate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and ensure successful completion of marketing projects. Monitor, update, and maintain the company website, social media platforms, and on‑property digital media. Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly within the gaming sector. Provide excellent guest service aligned with the GETT standards; fill in for the Manager when unavailable. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Job Requirements

High School diploma or GED required, or currently enrolled and able to successfully complete a GED program within six (6) months from start date as a condition of continued employment - required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field - required. OR Two (2) years of progressive marketing experience in a specialist, assistant, or similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and basic graphic capabilities; a skills test will be administered, and candidates must achieve a minimum 70% passing score - required. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in both English and Spanish - required. Must successfully pass an interview panel assessing communication skills, guest service skills, and demonstrated outgoing, friendly, and positive demeanor; job audition - required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment, and to interact effectively with all levels of the organization, external vendors, and agencies. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational, time‑management, and quality and accuracy standards. Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive attitude. Willingness to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to travel and participate in training as recommended or required. Must have a valid and current State Driver’s License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as required. Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Florida Statutes and remain in good standing with the Florida Gaming Control Commission as a requirement for this position. Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment.
