You design app interfaces, websites and brand elements that work, and you use AI to go from idea to finished design in a fraction of the usual time. Tind Studio collaborates with a growing network of specialists and freelancers on a project basis. This is a non-exclusive engagement. You decide when and how much you work and invoice for approved work. We are looking for ongoing collaboration, not one-off assignments. We deliver websites and digital solutions for clients like Hale Bob, Stressless and more with a team covering strategy, technology and design. We vibe-code in Replit and work with Webflow, and we need designers who can create frameworks, UX flows and visual elements that serve both as a foundation for development and as finished deliverables for clients. Responsibilities

Design wireframes and UX flows for websites and digital products Create visual identity elements: colours, typography, icons, illustrations, animations Produce design foundations for vibe-coded Replit projects and Webflow builds Create campaign materials and presentations for clients Contribute to brand processes and visual identity work for new clients Tools & Technologies

Figma: for UX, prototyping and design systems Midjourney, Adobe Firefly: for concept and moodboards Canva AI / Adobe Express: for formatted production Claude / ChatGPT: for brief analysis and concept development Replit: for quickly vibecoding your way to designs and digital products Qualifications

Have documented design experience (portfolio matters more than CV) Be proficient in Figma and other relevant design tools Actively use AI design tools in your workflow Communicate design choices clearly, including to clients without a design background
