Marketing Specialist, Execution The Marketing Specialist, Execution will be responsible for executing email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation for Cashout, Streamline, CRT, and Trigger communications, as well as for Virtual Outreach events and Ancillary product lines within the Servicing division. This role will manage the email marketing process end-to-end, including building and deploying campaigns, managing email calendars, optimizing content, and reporting on results. As part of a rapidly growing marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure all email communications align with strategic goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Produce engaging, mobile‑friendly content within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) using Content Builder.
Maintain an organized email calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Optimize design and layout of emails according to industry standards and best practices.
Participate in ideation and reporting sessions with cross‑functional teams for ongoing campaign planning and optimization.
Partner with the Marketing Execution Manager for advanced journey orchestration, logic design, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the FM Product Strategy Team to align campaign activations with overarching business goals.
Collaborate with the data team to troubleshoot journey issues and ensure data integrations.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure campaign accuracy and optimal user experience prior to deployment.
Analyze campaign performance, including opens, clicks, and conversion metrics, and recommend adjustments to enhance results.
Produce reports to communicate key campaign insights and optimizations, assisting both ongoing BAU campaigns and new ad‑hoc requests.
Stay current on email marketing trends, SFMC capabilities, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Other Job Duties and Responsibilities Performs other related duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is an individual contributor.
Qualifications
Experience in email platform automation building and/or journey execution is preferred, not required.
Experience in campaign performance measurement with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.
Hands‑on experience in AMPscript & SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
Understanding of email industry standards and mobile optimization best practices. Excellent project management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to manage quality assurance processes for error‑free campaign deployment.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a relevant field and up to 2 years of experience.
