Job Summary
The Multi‑Media Marketing Specialist is a hands‑on, digitally driven marketer who serves as an in‑house expert across multimedia, digital platforms, and emerging marketing technologies. This role is critical to supporting North American automation brands and broader NP&A marketing initiatives by owning digital channels, producing high‑quality content, and partnering cross‑functionally to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
The Multi‑Media Marketing Specialist will function at an enterprise level, interacting with internal department customers and the global team driving sales enablement initiatives and brand awareness. This energetic marketing champion will play a key role in maintaining, strengthening, and modernizing our group digital presence, while also ensuring consistent global implementation and corporate alignment. You'll join a global marketing team that challenges you to grow and values innovation, collaboration, creativity, and business partnership.
Job Responsibilities
Actively participate as part of the global marketing team with the ability to manage team projects within responsibility/skill expertise. Collaborate with internal customers and maintain marketing relationships. Contribute technically to marketing projects maximizing personal expertise. Drive for innovative solutions that enable established history to integrate with modern technologies and functional principles. Digital & Platform Ownership
Serve as the in‑house multimedia and digital marketing lead, owning development, management, and optimization of websites and related platforms. Act as the internal vendor and project manager for digital tools, platforms, and outsourced initiatives. Partner closely with IT on website security, hosting, and server management (marketing‑owned platforms). Marketing Technology & Innovation
Lead or support the development of new technology‑based marketing tools, including apps, AR/VR experiences, renderings, web plug‑ins, and AI‑enabled solutions. Conduct competitive digital analysis and identify channel gaps and opportunities for improvement. Email & Digital Advertising
Own the email marketing program, including platform management, content creation, optimization, analytics, contact management, and data governance. Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts across social, SEO, PPC, and AI‑generated content channels. Support lead management and performance analysis tied to digital campaigns. Social Media & Content Creation
Serve as social media platform manager across all NP&A brands (30+ channels). Create, gather, edit, publish, and manage social content, with a primary focus on North American brands. Coordinate and manage internal content contributors across brands and regions. Multimedia Production & Design
Provide in‑house videography and photography, including traditional and drone capture, along with post‑production editing. Deliver high‑quality visual design using the full Adobe Creative Suite. Act as a multimedia UX strategist, ensuring cohesive and effective experiences across channels, brands, and platforms. Sales & Brand Support
Support segment and sales teams as assigned, with a particular emphasis on North American automation brands. On‑site event organization/coordination and related support if needed. Foster a customer‑focused marketing mindset across the entire company. Ability to cross‑support global marketing department with additional responsibilities as assigned. Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally as needed. Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite and core marketing technologies. Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, social media, multimedia production, content management, and CMS platforms. Working knowledge of email marketing, digital advertising channels, and website management and optimization. Strong communicator able to collaborate effectively with global teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors. Proven ability to manage complex programs while maintaining a big‑picture perspective. Self‑motivated, adaptable team player with a strong sense of urgency and problem‑solving mindset. Willingness to be flexible and perform responsibilities not specifically identified in the job description. Position available to be onsite at our Minster, Ohio, Dayton, Ohio or Napoleon, Ohio office locations, with the preferred location based in Minster. Valid passport and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required. Portfolio samples will be requested. Preferred
