This is a full-time, on-site role for a 3D Draftsperson/Tech Designer located in Greater Boston. The 3D Draftsperson will create and manage technical drawings and plans, including architectural, engineering, and building information modeling (BIM) documentation. Daily responsibilities include drafting, refining designs, interpreting design specifications, and collaborating with engineers and fabricators to meet project requirements. Qualifications
Strong skills in technical drawing and drawing Proficiency in engineering drawings and architectural drawings Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical documentation Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Previous experience in custom fabrication or related industries is a plus Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar is an advantage
