Creative Motion Designer (Ads & Social Media) We are looking for a Creative Motion Designer in Israel. This role merges performance marketing, storytelling, and cutting‑edge motion design to produce fast‑paced, conversion‑focused video creatives for Meta and TikTok. You will transform scripts and ideas into dynamic, attention‑grabbing content optimized for performance, using AI tools and emerging technologies.

Accountabilities

Create high‑performing video ad creatives for Meta and TikTok, focusing on hooks, storytelling flow, and conversion‑driven structures.

Edit and animate short‑form Reels (30‑60 seconds), translating scripts into engaging visual narratives with motion, typography, and sound.

Leverage AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Kaiber, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms to generate and enhance visual assets.

Source and integrate additional creative materials (stock footage, graphics, audio) to strengthen storytelling and engagement.

Collaborate closely with marketing and social media teams to brainstorm, test, and iterate new creative hypotheses.

Continuously optimize content based on platform trends, performance insights, and audience behavior.

Maintain consistency in visual quality, branding, and technical execution across all deliverables.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in e-commerce, DTC, or performance marketing environments.

Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Media Encoder.

Deep understanding of social media content trends and performance‑driven creative strategies.

Hands‑on experience with AI creative tools for video and image generation.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in animation, timing, typography, and file organization.

Ability to proactively contribute creative ideas beyond the brief to improve engagement and conversion.

Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level).

Ability to take ownership of deadlines, quality, and end‑to‑end creative delivery.

Open to feedback and iterative improvement in a fast‑paced creative environment.

Nice to have: experience in fashion or lingerie brands, or creating campaign concepts from scratch.
