We\'re hiring a

Community Sales Manager

to drive new home sales in the DFW area. In this client-facing role, you\u2019ll guide buyers through the homebuying journey, generate leads through referrals and marketing, and build strong relationships that continue post-sale. We are looking for people that understand the potential of this role and understand the requirements. New Home Sales experience is not a requirement for consideration, a strong work ethic and thinking outside of the box is a MUST. We\'re looking for a confident, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. If you\'re motivated, organized, and ready to make an impact—we want to connect! Generate leads through community events, school functions, and realtor outreach. Build relationships with realtors through events, office visits, and networking. Promote and follow up on homebuyer incentive programs with potential customers. Manage sales agreements, contracts, and customer change orders with accuracy. Use CRM tools to track and maintain your sales pipeline. Stay informed on competitors and continuously improve industry knowledge. Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity in all interactions. DFW Area Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations Computer literacy and proficiency with basic programs Working knowledge of new technology and social media Excellent verbal and written communication skills Background check and drug test performed
