Summary / Objective
The Graphic Designer role at Angel plays a vital role in bringing our stories to life. You'll craft high-quality graphics — from campaign ads and digital banners to print, merchandise, and brand systems — for major theatrical releases and streaming content seen by audiences worldwide, all as part of a talented team that believes in the power of storytelling.

Essential Functions
Support developing visual brands for major theatrical releases and streaming content from scratch, in collaboration with the design team and each project's filmmaker
Execute designs across multiple simultaneous film and TV projects
Ensure accurate and consistent use of brand guidelines across all design work
Design for digital marketing campaigns, brand guide development, large‑scale print projects, and red carpet premiere assets
Collaborate in the creative execution of theatrical and streaming advertising campaigns
Partner with Senior Designers, Art Director, and Creative Directors to keep voice, design, and brand cohesive
Meet tight deadlines and handle last‑minute projects with ease
Attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus

Expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and presentation software
Robust design portfolio with print, digital advertising, and brand guide development
Experience in motion design is a plus

Ability to convey design importance to non‑designers
Eager to work outside comfort zone
Exceptional listener with strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace and design programs
Detail‑oriented perspective with keen eye for overlooked details

Manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions
Resourceful with problem‑solving ability and tolerance for ambiguity

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
2‑5 years of professional graphic design experience
1‑2 years of agency experience or similar diverse workload
Minimum of two years of non‑school experience outside of academic settings
Work Environment When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air‑conditioned work environment. Team members are issued desks, but the office is open, shared, fast‑paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical Demands Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Regular full‑time, 40 hours per week.
Travel Required Out‑of‑state travel is not anticipated for this position.
Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States.
