Lanolips is an Australian-born, lanolin-powered lip and skincare brand known for its effective, no-fuss formulas and cult-favorite products. With a rapidly expanding U.S. retail footprint across Ulta Beauty, Target, Walgreens, and Meijer, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for a detail‑oriented, beauty‑obsessed Marketing Coordinator to join our North America team.

The Role The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in executing integrated marketing initiatives across retail, digital, and social channels. This is a highly hands‑on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is deeply passionate about beauty, and can manage multiple workstreams with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, retail activations, and key seasonal moments across Ulta, Target, Walgreens, and Meijer

Own social media publishing and day‑to‑day community management across Lanolips North America channels

Maintain content organization systems and coordinate with freelancers and creators to ensure timely, on‑brand asset delivery

Manage PR and influencer mailer logistics, including product fulfillment, shipping coordination, and gifting campaigns

Support influencer and brand partnership execution from planning through delivery

Track and report on performance across campaigns, social, and PR, identifying trends and surfacing insights to inform future strategy

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field; beauty or CPG experience preferred

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Familiarity with social platforms, scheduling tools, and basic performance reporting

Proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented mindset

Passion for beauty, brand building, and emerging trends

Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
