* BA or BS in theater, film, design, or an entertainment and art-oriented field preferred, or equivalent work experience* Thorough knowledge of the creative process and deliverables* Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, organizational, and creative thinking.* Excellent understanding of Location-Based / Themed Entertainment industries and their production pipelines* A proven leader who can pull together artistic and creative professionals from many walks of life and focus them on a set of shared goals and deliverables. Cross-functional leadership experience required.* Experience with temporary and pop-up brand activations and experiences* Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, and creative thinking. Strong soft skills.* Comfort with ambiguity.
