Waypoint Academy is redefining education by combining adventure-based life skills development with adaptive AI-driven academics. Students don't remain seated while you lecture—they develop public speaking ability on outdoor trails, cultivate leadership through collaborative challenges, and progress twice as fast using individualized learning technology.
This role isn't traditional instruction. You'll coach K-12 students to unlock their capabilities through experiential outdoor workshops and goal-focused motivational sessions. Your focus is facilitating nature-based experiences that build tangible competencies (concentration, communication, collaboration), not delivering standard lessons. High achievers who envision school as fundamentally different excel in this environment. You'll witness students evolve from disengaged learners into self-assured performers, with measurable and immediate results.
Dripping Springs combines Hill Country natural beauty with proximity to Austin's innovation ecosystem, live music venues, and culinary scene—just 30 minutes away. Over 300 sunny days annually, access to Barton Springs, and year-round outdoor recreation.
Guide the transformation. Lead the experience. Submit your application today.
