About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-minded HR Operations Associate to help deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience across the U.S. employee lifecycle. This role will serve as a key operational partner within the People team, supporting approximately 350 U.S. employees and contractors across multiple legal entities.

The HR Operations Associate will own the day-to-day execution of critical People Operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HR systems administration, compliance processes, and employee support. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced global environment.

Working closely with the Sr. Manager of People Operations and cross-functional partners in Finance, IT, Payroll, and Legal, the HR Operations Associate will help ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and a reliable foundation for the broader People function as the organization continues to grow and integrate new entities.

Key Responsibilities

Own the execution of the U.S. employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding across multiple legal entities.

Manage HR systems data entry and maintenance, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of employee records.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, benefits navigation, and general People Operations support.

Coordinate onboarding logistics including system setup, documentation, and employee communications to ensure a smooth start for new hires.

Administer offboarding processes including exit documentation, system coordination, and employee communications.

Support benefits administration, including employee inquiries, vendor coordination, and documentation for U.S. benefit programs and 401(k).

Assist with leave of absence administration and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Manage compliance processes including I-9 verification, employee documentation, labor law notices, and record maintenance.

Maintain employee files and documentation to ensure audit-ready compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Partner with Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate employee data flows between systems.

Assist with HR reporting, including headcount tracking, employee changes, and operational metrics.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR documentation, policies, guides, and internal knowledge resources.

Support operational coordination across global teams when employee processes require collaboration with international counterparts.

Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, or HR administration supporting U.S. employee populations.

Experience managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.

Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data.

Experience with Dayforce payroll administration is a strong plus.

Experience with Darwinbox HRIS is a rare but highly valued bonus.

Familiarity with U.S. employment compliance requirements including I-9 processes and employee recordkeeping.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.

Excellent communication and customer service mindset when supporting employees and managers.

Comfortable working in a global organization and coordinating with partners across different time zones.
