What You’ll Do
Lead leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
Tour prospects, close leases, and manage renewals
Ensure model units and tour paths are market-ready
Maintain accurate leasing traffic, reports, and resident files
Respond to prospects and residents promptly and professionally
Execute applications, screening, and lease documentation
Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and outreach
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Leasing experience preferred; strong sales or customer service background required
Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
Experience with Entrata or similar property management software preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Social media knowledge (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
Detail-oriented, organized, and team-driven
Professional presentation and communication skills
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25lbs
Saturday availability required
