What You’ll Do
Develop, plan, implement, and evaluate activity programs for residents
Lead engaging group and individualized activities that support residents’ spiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure, and social needs
Create and maintain an activity calendar aligned with resident interests and abilities
Promote resident participation, dignity, and overall well‑being
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support person‑centered care
Ensure activities align with Atrium Centers policies and regulatory expectations
What You Bring
Minimum of two (2) years experience as an Activities Director in a long‑term care or healthcare setting
Strong creativity, organization, and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Genuine passion for enhancing residents’ quality of life
Positive, dependable, and team‑focused attitude
Excellent attendance and reliability
No specific certifications required.
