As the Franchise Owner, you will build out a local bath remodeling franchise including establishing the business, marketing the services, and building out the team. Establishing the business – Following an introduction to the proven successful partners who have produced high intent leads at a fair price, you will make your marketing budget. Plus, you’ll receive ongoing guidance covering everything from day-to-day business management to extensive technology training. Their product ordering assistance ensures you get what you need at wholesale prices—quickly and efficiently. Their leadership team is constantly researching new strategies to enhance operations, drive engagement, increase profitability that will keep your franchise ahead of the competition. Marketing services – You will be fully supported from day one with the parent company assisting in getting you ready to launch and start generating revenue. They’ll provide a multi-tier marketing plan that covers lead generation and brand positioning in your exclusive territory. Their team provides insight into SEO, social media, local networking, and more, ensuring your business stays top-of-mind. Plus, your location will benefit from a nationally optimized website with localized pages tailored to your community, driving customers directly to your door. Building the team – This role will be responsible for building a team at the Franchise location. The company will assist you with recruitment of your team at no cost. The goal is to find the most qualified candidates to choose from to build a winning team! Plus you’ll be trained to run onboarding and training for Sales, Installs, Marketing and Operations. Training and support from leadership is unlimited. All franchisees attend an intensive, hands-on training program that includes up to two weeks of immersive learning at the headquarters and one to two weeks of on-site training at your location. Youll gain expertise in everything from sales to customer service, with real-world experience meeting clients, refining processes, and ensuring you’re fully equipped to run your business comfortably and confidently from day one. Experience that may accelerate your success includes construction/remodeling, production management, sales professionals, general contracting, real estate, business owner/operator. Outgoing, motivated, and professional attitude — someone who knows how to connect with clients and manage multiple teams with ease, plus values a genuine commitment to service, client satisfaction, and growth.
