Responsibilities
Architectural design and documentation of retail, restaurant, and commercial building design including ground up, tenant fit out, and remodel type projects. Meeting and communicating with project manager daily/weekly. Due diligence, permitting research, submittals, and follow-up. Coordinating with our internal team of architects, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineers. Project Administration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture required. Revit/BIM experience preferred. Demonstrates a customer service focus. Previous internship or co-op experience in with an architecture firm. Ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices and in various disciplines. Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task between projects and priorities at one time.
