We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our referral network by building relationships with insurance professionals, contractors, and property managers in our community.

Comfortable with networking, relationship building, and business outreach
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with referral partners such as insurance agents, adjusters, restoration industry professionals, property managers, and contractors
Conduct in‑person visits to local businesses and referral partners
Represent the company at networking events and community functions
Schedule and support marketing visits and presentations
Maintain CRM records and track referral partner activity
Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
