Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Compensation
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority of work a 4‑Day workweek
Majority of work no nights or weekends
Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
Maintain quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Skills & Qualifications Requirements (DOT compliant)
Active driver’s license
At least 21 years of age
DOT medical certification
Documentation regarding prior employment
Additional qualifications
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
High School diploma, GED or Military Service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and ability to work in a team environment
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit
