A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Your mornings start by reviewing customer emails and voicemails, responding with care and offering solutions that genuinely help. Throughout the day you scout sales opportunities for our services, building long‑term relationships to help customers create a haven for their lawns and landscapes. You assist in keeping the branch running smoothly by handling small mail duties and, during winter months, reconnect with customers to set up next season’s services.
Role Comfortable having genuine conversations, you’ll ask for the sale and handle both sales and customer service duties without prior background. We’re seeking someone with:
Strong communication skills (phone and email)
A positive, solution‑focused mindset
Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
Computer and typing skills
The confidence to try new things and willingness to learn
Work schedule: Monday‑Thursday 8 a.m.‑5 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m.‑12 p.m.
We value people who are ready to learn and grow. Prior experience as an office assistant, receptionist, customer service representative, or sales associate will help you excel quickly.
