Client Services Coordinator - Graphic Design / Marketing

About The Role As a CBRE Client Services Coordinator, you will provide general administrative support to an office or group of sales professionals. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials, as well as coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information.

What You’ll Do

Gather supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process brokers’ commission payments while ab iding by company accounting policies and relevant laws.

Maintain CBRE brand, product, office, and client messaging consistency by applying templates to produce marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans and qualification packages.

Review marketing material specifications and act as point of contact with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and client‑specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.

Organize the preparation and production of customized, client‑specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Coordinate complex on‑/off‑site meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, keep calendars, and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room reservations.

Update and maintain information databases; generate standard and ad‑hoc reports as required and assist with website updates when needed.

Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.

Track, collate, and maintain inventory of marketing materials.

Other duties may be assigned.

What You’ll Need To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Associate’s degree or equivalent from a 2‑year college is required. 3 years of experience providing administrative support to multiple professionals, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, is preferred. 2 years of experience in the real estate industry is required.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ask clarifying questions; write routine reports and correspondence; respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, coworkers, or supervisors; and present information to internal departments or large groups.

Knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions; conduct basic financial analysis; and abstract a lease.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents; solve problems involving several options; and possess intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and web publishing. Ability to manipulate basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign is preferred. Strong marketing knowledge is required.

Salary The minimum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $58,000 annually and the maximum salary is $68,000 annually. Compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
