We are currently seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Representatives. In this role, you will introduce homeowners to the Mass Save® program and help them schedule a free Home Energy Assessment, which helps homeowners reduce energy costs and improve home efficiency.
This position focuses on generating leads and scheduling appointments for homeowners interested in energy efficiency programs.
Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to homeowners within assigned residential neighborhoods through
door-to-door visits .
Introduce and explain the Mass Save® program and the benefits of receiving a free Home Energy Assessment.
Ask qualifying questions to determine homeowner interest and eligibility.
Schedule appointments for homeowners to receive a free Home Energy Assessment with the energy consultation team.
Perform outbound calls to homeowners to introduce the program and schedule assessment appointments.
Track outreach activities and scheduled appointments.
Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner when interacting with homeowners
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Previous experience in lead generation, canvassing, door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or customer outreach preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required.
Comfortable working outdoors and walking within residential neighborhoods.
Compensation
Base pay plus a flat commission for each qualified appointment scheduled.
