With ambitious plans to expand into new markets and product categories, we are seeking an International Brand Executive to support our brand growth and deliver consistent, impactful marketing across multiple countries.
About the role We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of Kendamil in Germany. This is a high-impact role combining strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, where you will shape and deliver a full 360° marketing strategy in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment.
As the owner of the German brand plan, you will drive everything from annual strategy and budget management to campaign execution and performance optimisation. Working closely with the Germany Country Manager, Global Marketing Director, and international teams, you will ensure Kendamil connects with German consumers in a culturally relevant and compelling way across every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities
Own and deliver the German marketing strategy, annual plan, budget, and KPIs
Lead integrated 360° campaigns across digital, retail, PR, ATL/BTL, and influencers
Drive brand growth through consumer insight, positioning, and performance tracking
Lead all new product launches and go‑to‑market execution in Germany
Own retailer marketing and shopper activation across key accounts
Build and manage influencer, healthcare, and community partnerships
Oversee creative development, asset production, and brand consistency
Track performance, optimise ROI, and report on brand health and campaign impact
Qualification and experience:
Strong consumer marketing experience (FMCG, baby, nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle)
Proven ownership of brand strategy, budgets, and integrated campaigns
Strong experience with major German retailers
Track record in brand building, multi‑channel campaigns, and NPD launches in Germany
Strong analytical skills using market and performance data
Excellent project and stakeholder management
Fluent in German and English
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or Amazon
Background in influencer/creator marketing
Experience in baby, family, or nutrition sectors
Experience in global or matrix organisations
