Helping U Homecare Marketing Represenatative
Location: Manhattan (On-site) with travel throughout service areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 annually + monthly incentives
Incentives: UNCAPPED, performance-based incentives
Supplemental Pay: Referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, and additional bonuses for exceeding monthly targets
Job Summary Helping U Homecare is seeking a motivated and experienced Home Care Marketing Representative to drive referral growth and build strong community partnerships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others, comfortable working independently in the field, and eager to earn uncapped incentives based on results.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, develop, and maintain new and existing referral sources to grow Helping U Homecare’s client base
Build and strengthen B2B relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, religious institutions, and local groups
Represent Helping U Homecare at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities as a brand ambassador
Educate referral sources on home care services and available home health options
Collaborate closely with the Director of Business Development and internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, intake, and onboarding of referred clients
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all marketing activities
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1+ year of experience in home health care
