Marketing Coordinator
Job Description The Marketing Coordinator plans, executes, and optimizes digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, supports SEO and content initiatives using AI tools, and tracks performance using existing automation and CRM data. This role offers the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of the marketing function, collaborate with external partners, and contribute to both online and in-person marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
Collaborate with an existing SEO consultant to set realistic growth goals based on current analytics.
Use AI tools to support content initiatives such as blog creation and keyword targeting.
Apply A/B testing and performance analysis to improve ad performance and overall campaign effectiveness.
Leverage AI tools to enhance advertising, content creation, and campaign insights.
Track marketing performance, leads, and conversions using existing automation tools and CRM data.
Coordinate with third‑party vendors as needed to execute marketing projects and initiatives.
Create and adapt marketing assets using Canva Pro and established templates.
Support light content creation, including basic photo editing and development of visual assets.
Participate in or support in‑person marketing and PR efforts, such as real estate or local networking events, as an optional but valued part of the role.
Essential Skills
Hands‑on experience with SEO fundamentals, including collaboration with SEO consultants and use of analytics.
Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads / Google AdWords campaigns.
Hands‑on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
Strong understanding of PPC strategy, including keyword strategy, bidding, and audience targeting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and understand lead attribution.
Comfort using AI tools for advertising, content creation, and marketing analysis.
Proficiency in Canva Pro for creating and adapting marketing assets.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external partners.
High level of curiosity, motivation, and enthusiasm for learning and implementing new marketing tools and tactics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience using AI‑driven tools to support blog content, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track leads and conversions.
Interest in participating in in‑person marketing and PR activities, including real estate or local networking events.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new marketing technologies and platforms.
Strong communication skills for coordinating with third‑party vendors and internal stakeholders.
Work Environment This is an onsite role, working Monday through Friday with a flexible start time, ideally from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. You will work in a collaborative environment with autonomy over day‑to‑day marketing activities, using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI‑based marketing platforms, Canva Pro, marketing automation systems, and CRM software. The setting supports close coordination with an external SEO consultant and third‑party vendors, as well as occasional participation in local, in‑person marketing and networking events.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $48.00/hr.
